18th - I have finally put 2015 behind me. It was the worst year of my life! So many deaths, so many family arguements!
I am looking forward to the next few months, a mixture of training, competitions & helping out at events.

December 2013
1st - Wow! Where has 2013 gone?
I've had such a manic, difficult year, that I've not had much time to do the things I want to do.
I've totally burned out in my shooting too!
Next year will be different though :)
I will still be helping out with competitions, but I will balance this more carefully!
I also have a fab new coach along with a new training plan :)
So, I'm taking a few weeks off & then starting my new schedule.
July 2013
25th - Have been swamped with emails & entries for the Welsh Open, eep!
Still haven't caught up & am off to Bisley tonight!
I'll be back home at the beginning of August, so I'll catch up then :)
8th - Been so busy with work, life, emails & training that I've not had time to update my website.
Got an unexpected day off today though, so making the most of the time off to get up-to-date :)
The entry forms for the Welsh Open are out & my email server is going mental!
Training is going well & as my next match isn't until September, I've got plenty of time to work on my shot routine.

7th - been totally offline for a few days, but I'm back now :)
May take a few days to catch up with all my emails though!
April 2013
25th - Another month has flown by, eeep!
I'm going to go camping by the sea for a few days & re-charge my batteries :)
When I return, I'm going to sort out my life!
The Welsh Open entry forms are published in July, so I'll have time before then to get organised.
March 2013
27th - Wow, time is going way too fast!
Don't feel as though I have done anything this month, I certainly haven't done as much training as I'd hoped.
Still, once the North Wales Airgun is done & dusted,
I am going to spend a few months away from the computer and more time on the range :)

26th - Back from the British Championships & have finally unpacked everything.
Even though I was busy organising, I managed to get my grip sorted out by the wonderful Tom Redhead :)
Hopefully my silly flyers will now disappear!
16th - Sorting out last-minute stuff for the British Championships next weekend.
As I'm helping out, I won't be shooting, I don't want to trash my scores!
It also means I won't be online much, too busy :)
13th - Where on earth did January go? Middle of Feb already!!
Had a brilliant time at Intershoot, steady improvements, just not happy with my scores yet.
However, I was ranked last in Wales, but at the moment I'm 3rd, yay!
Lots of training planned, with my next competition being the NW Airgun.
As I'm still finding it difficult to organise and compete, I need to make sure my shot routine is solid.
January 2013
27th - Off to Den Hagg to compete at Intershoot, yay! Back on Feb 4th xx
22nd - Wow, January is almost over & I feel as though I haven't done anything!
I'll be spending this week getting ready for Intershoot, yay :)
Lots of paperwork & emails to finish off before I go, as well as last lot of training & dyeing my hair red!

28th - Update day, website, distribution lists, shooting schedule, the 'to do' list seems endless!
25th - Merry Christmas everyone!
22nd - Last coaching session of the year. Lots of positives, but still need to put a lot of training in over winter.
16th - Emailing out WAA membership renewals for 2013. I expect my computer to have a meltdown!
13th - Last powerwalk of the year methinks, it's just too icy! Time to dig out the treadmill.
6th - Updating my calendar for 2013. I need to plan next years' events, time goes so quickly!
3rd - Finishing all the loose ends for the West Midlands Christmas shoot. Thanks to everyone who entered :)
November 2012
29th - Been in the work-sleep-work routine, but last shift tonight & then spending the weekend at Aldersley :)
25th - First competition of the season, the Surrey Open. I was really happy with my performance,
but my score was dire! Never mind, can only do better from here :)
20th - Sorting out last minute entries for the West Midlands Christmas shoot.
18th - Grip sorted, yay! Bring on the comp :)
16th - Been so busy these past few days, work, sleep, work, sleep!
I'm off for a few days now, so I can catch up. Had a live-fire session at my home range.
Have discovered my grip no longer fits, so will be working on that Saturday.
I'm competing in the Surrey next weekend, so I need to iron out all the little niggles :)
12th - Shooting session yesterday was dire, so have renewed focus & energy for this weeks' training.
Most pages for the site are complete, so today will be all about dry-firing & weight training. Oh, and work later!
10th - Site is online, yay! Just need to write all my pages, eep!
